Logan Foster, founder of Logan Media, automated his first system as the head of IT Support for a local business back in 1998. Noticing that nearly every support call was a repetition of one of fifteen simple questions, he developed a script which eventually evolved into a system that completely eliminated the need for his job. Thankfully rather than firing him, they recognized his value and gave him a promotion. And thus his love for software development was born, and the foundation for Logan Media was set in place.
